Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Office Update

An update on our working situation going forward.

We will be closing the office at the end of today and working from home. We had made the decision prior to the government’s announcement on Monday evening, and are finalising our remote working equipment for the remainder of today.

As a business, we’re well equipped to continue operations in the weeks ahead, and to provide the best service we possibly can. We have the ability to connect all employees via email, phone, skype and our secure, encrypted online software systems mean we are able to provide the same level of support you’ve come to expect, from wherever we are working.

We will still be able to facilitate the delivery or collection of keys to or from a safe area, and should any contractors require emergency access.

For all tenants
Please continue to report any maintenance issues using our online maintenance reporting system, fixflo, which will be dealt with in order or priority however if the matter is urgent please contact the office by telephone so this can be dealt with as a priority.  

Please also continue to make your rent payments over the telephone, if you have any concerns about being able to pay your rent please contact us in advance.
